how to use the clay bar?

clay bar useOnce the car's body is clean, it's time to remove the tiny, invisible particles stuck to the paint. The solution is to use a clay bar that collects particles as it moves over a panel coated with a professional spray, refiner, or in some cases, water.
Not sure if you should use clay to apply paint to a clean surface? Place your fingers in a thin plastic bag and place it on the roof or hood of your car. If the surface feels like sandpaper, you need clay. There are iron removers that work similarly to "red" wheel cleaners, and there are cloth or glove alternatives, but here we're focusing on the traditional clay bar, which can handle all types of dirt.
We first looked at the storage provided and would have liked to have seen a warning that dropped clay should be placed in the bin and a sign for the bars to be used with water. The price was also taken into account, and for the kit we calculated the cost of the remaining elements to get the clay figure.
On our test roof, we made two limited attempts and assessed progress after each time. This makes up a large part of our final result.
Bilt-Hamber's regular clay bars come in a new white box instead of the familiar blue version. We can't help but wonder if something else has changed because this time it almost hit the hood of our car. It's still very effective, but the sheer clarity has a slight edge. However, automotive clay retains water-based lubrication, which helps tip the balance. The shaft is still stiffer than the competition and is powder coated, making it significantly less sticky than the competition, but it definitely tastes amazing.
If you're looking for an easy-to-use clay, check out this clay set that contains three 100g clay bars in the correct California Golden color, wrapped in cellophane. It can be used for storage, but in some cases it will be better. It's priced in the middle of the pack, but earns a spot in the top four thanks to its performance on our hardtop. The packaging contains helpful instructions and information, as well as a drop warning.READ MORE!!
